Don't get stung! What's our charges?

Nothing. We do not charge a fee for applying with us

We always offer a 100% transparent service so that you always know what you're getting. There are no hidden fees or catches, as long as you make your repayment. You can expect an average APR of around 1261% (variable). Whilst this may seem high, it is important that you remember this is an annual rate, and this is what you'd pay if you had the solution over a year, and not a month as you will have. Essentially, the shorter the term, the higher the APR will become, which is why mainstream products appear more competitive.

An easier way to understand general charges is that for every £100 borrowed for 28 days, you repay £20. Simply, if you borrow £100, the total amount will be £120; if you borrow £200, it will be £240; and so on.

Whilst we do not charge a fee for our matching service, we are not a direct provider. Any appropriate fee applied is purely determined by the agreement you sign with your lender. We only work with providers that adopt a fair approach towards lending and provide a quality, reliable service. We can confirm that none of the following charges will be applied by us:

  • NO application fees
  • NO fast funding fee
  • NO monthly account charges
  • NO collection fees
  • NO postal charges

Late or non-payment penalties

It is extremely important that you make every attempt to settle your liability in full. As we are not a direct lender, we are not responsible for additional late settlement fees, but your provider is. Therefore you should read the terms and conditions of your provider to avoid any surprises later on.

If you have a real reason why you cannot settle your agreement, the best action you can take is to get in touch directly with your lender and explain the situation. Nearly all providers have procedures and options set up to help assist you if you are struggling, as long as you are open and honest.

You can read more about our process in the Terms and Conditions page.
